The Geekfest mass combat armies are done! and some tents.

 

The good guy's. Heavy cavalry, medium cavalry, light cavalry. All the different units and a giant. The row at the front represents the adventurers.

Mass battle army update

Here is an update on the mass combat armies for Geekfest using the Chainmail Rules. The good army has received the first base coat. The Orc and Goblin army still needs the eyes and teeth painted and the bases finished up.

Additions to the Malifaux Table

Got some of those cake pillars, going for one of those "art deco" sewers...

 

Added a pool of green gunky stuff.

Hey and what is this talk of a new edition of D&D coming out? Here is the link to the WOTC website. Looks like D&D is going back to it's roots.

Malifaux Table

Water effects.

Bought his from Daily Hobbies  in Whitby. looked like an easy way to make some water.

 

The little pellets melting in the pot.

The first 3 pools of sewer waste and little sewer stream. Kind of look
like craters in the picture.

Big pool of sewer waste, again looks like a crater, up close looks like
sewage.

The different colours of sand are added.

The board is 39" by 25" a good size to start Malifaux. The next step is to add some brick work and a pipe with a tap on the end (to put at the start of the sewer stream)

The Orcs get paint!!!

Man these little fellas are easy to paint. Kinda like making plasta-scene snakes.





First stage of 15mm Orc and Goblin army.

After they are all painted I will finish off the faces and do the bases.
